The Team
Rolf Wilhelm Kungl has spent the past three decades as a Business Coach/Team Builder and Business Trainer and an advisor on business, personal and community development for Aboriginal communities in Canada. These experiences have stimulated his unique insights into the power of business development, self development, motivation and the impact they have on individuals, businesses and the growth of entire communities.
He has coached thousands of people to start or improve their business and their personal lives. He promotes experiential learning and inspires personal development, effective communication, and leadership.
Jimmy R. Fireman is a highly respected member of the Cree Nation of Chisaibi, Quebec as well as the entire region of James Bay. He has thirty years of business management and successfully operated his Nation’s Development Corporation for many years until he became an independent Business Consultant & Trainer opening Aboriginal Entrepreneur. Jimmy is a visionary and can see the many opportunities that are available to native people across Canada and is making his contribution to that vision.
Leonard Linklater MBA has been involved in Economic Development and Governance for the past twenty years. He brings a wealth of experience and understanding of the issues most Aboriginal Nations and Communities and urban areas are challenged with. Through his consulting firm he provides “Leading and Managing Aboriginal Organizational Change,” opportunities. Leonard has both an MBA and a Masters of Project Management. He resides in the Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation based in Nelson House, Manitoba.
